D. Stephenson Construction provided Total Program Management Services for this

addition of 12 modular buildings to Stephen Foster Elementary School. The scope consisted of chiller system, major building and mep systems, and coordination of tie-in of new mep systems into existing mep systems. The project also included two combination courts (play, tennis & basketball, all in one) and the construction of connecting walkways and associated canopies, as well as the installation of irrigation equipment and landscaping. The project was constructed on an occupied educational campus. Issues of concern addressed included the minimization of disruptions to active campus during construction (ie. Student and Parent traffi  c, no disruption to existing MEP systems, no disruptions to school activities during regular hours and activities after hours), Key School Activities and Break Dates (ie. Testing Dates, Athletic Activities, Summer Break, Spring Break and Winter Break), safe and separate construction work zone from students, school staff, and visitors, to allow entry on active campus without any incidents and maintaining a safe and secure construction site.
