Stephenson Construction, in joint venture with Pinnacle, is constructing this 7-story, 112-unit senior affordable housing project which includes a fitness facility, computer lounge, community room, outdoor covered patio, hard surface flooring and countertops, controlled access entry and Energy Star appliances.

D. Stephenson Construction is providing Construction Management Services for the rehabilitation of the Carver Apartments and Shoppes in Miami. The scope of this project is to rehabilitate an existing mixed-use building that was constructed in 1925. The project involves selective demolition to removal existing building components and finishes which ultimately will be restored with new interior and exterior finishes and modern building components.
