D. Stephenson Construction provided multi-disciplinary CM at Risk Services including pre-con and value engineering for various renovation projects. At Concourse D we provided installation of new electrical and mechanical systems needed for placement of the security checkpoint equipment. In order to ensure the safe installation and location of fl oor mounted equipment, ADA ramps and railings, the existing slab was x-rayed to locate post-tension cables. At Concourse E we renovated the existing security checkpoint area. We also installed pipe bollards throughout the airport.
