The project consists of the comprehensive redevelopment of the community center including the renovation of the existing gymnasium and approximately 51,200 SF of new construction.  The new 2 and 3-story structure includes offices, classrooms, specialty labs and studios, kitchen, meeting rooms, health clinic, multi-purpose room and exterior decks. The project is being constructed on a tight site located near downtown Miami.
