D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the new 10,000 SF library which replaced an older 28 year old facility. This library houses 40,000 items collection of books, periodicals, DVDs, audio books CDs and Computer software.

The project also included offices, circulation area, a private tutoring room, 21 public computers with internet access, wireless internet throughout the building as well as a 75-person capacity multipurpose room.
