D. Stephenson Construction, in joint venture with Pinnacle, is constructing
this 7-story, 112-unit senior affordable housing project which includes a
fitness facility, computer lounge, community room, outdoor covered
patio, hard surface flooring and countertops, controlled access entry and
Energy Star appliances.
