D. Stephenson Construction provided CM at Risk Services for the new Fire Station 8 for the City of West Palm Beach. The new Fire Station 8 contains three (3) bays and has house living and working quarters for two (2) full crews and contain an exercise room, workshop, decontamination room and other typical facilities associated with fire stations. The floor area of this station is 10,000 square feet. The station is designed for a Category 4 storm event (140 MPH with 3-second gusts wind speed).
